Every project, regardless of scale, begins with an initial discovery call. This complimentary conversation allows us to understand your project goals, scope, and general timeline. Following this, for our Full-Service and E-Design offerings, we proceed to a detailed consultation and onboarding process where we gather all necessary information, from architectural plans to your personal aesthetic preferences. This foundational step is crucial for ensuring our collaboration is aligned and successful from day one.

For our Full-Service Design clients, the answer is an unequivocal yes. We provide a complete turnkey solution, which includes coordinating with architects, builders, and artisans, as well as managing the entire procurement and purchasing process for all furniture, fixtures, and materials. We handle all the complex logistics so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. For our E-Design service, we provide you with the complete blueprint and shopping list, but the implementation and purchasing are managed by you.

Our fee structure is tailored to the service. For Full-Service Design, we typically work on a flat-fee basis calculated from the project's scope, complexity, and estimated hours. This provides you with clarity and predictability from the start. E-Design services are offered as fixed packages based on the number and type of rooms. Consultations are billed at an hourly rate. We believe in complete transparency and will provide a detailed proposal outlining all costs before any work begins.

While every project is unique, a typical full-service project for a single room can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months from initial concept to final installation. A larger renovation or a full home can range from 12 to 18 months or more. The timeline is influenced by various factors, including the scope of construction, lead times for custom furniture, and the client's decision-making pace. We establish a detailed project calendar at the outset to manage expectations and ensure timely completion.

Absolutely. We strongly believe that incorporating personal items with history and meaning is what transforms a house into a home. During our discovery phase, we will inventory your existing pieces. We will then thoughtfully integrate your most cherished items into the new design narrative, sometimes re-contextualizing, reupholstering, or refinishing them to harmonize with the new scheme.
